Read the article, its great. I've lived all of them. I recommend all of them:

Sleep more.

Your relationships matter more than your goals.
Get outside.
Be of use, helpful.
Plan fun things. (Choose happy thoughts.)
Meditate.
Practice Gratitude. 

Gratitude is a fascinating little paradox and the most interesting thing to happen to me this year.
